How can I turn on Closed Captions?

To turn on Closed Captions follow these simple steps below.

  1. Open Virtual Club in Chrome browser

  2. Navigate to settings in the top right corner of the browser

  3. With settings opened click on "Advanced"

  4. With "Advanced" open click on "Accessibility" and turn on "Live Caption"

    Your closed captions should now be visible when you play your next video!

I am trying to sign in but it says my email does not exist. Why is that?

This could be a case where you made an error when signing up or you signed up using a different email. Please reach out to us for assistance.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password? option on the sign-in page.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, navigate to My Account, then Security. From there, enter you current password and the password you’d like to change it to.
